Analogy AI, Inc. — Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites of Analogy AI, Inc. ("Analogy AI," "we," "us"), including analogyai.org, and any content, features, or resources we make available on them (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Analogy AI provides data services (the "Services").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

3. Paid Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement

These Terms cover use of the Site only. Any purchase or delivery of Services is governed exclusively by a separately executed agreement between Analogy AI and the customer (such as a master services agreement and order form). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the Services it covers. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide Services on particular terms, and descriptions of the Services on the Site are informational only.

4. Accounts

If we make account registration available, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@analogyai.org of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any law or these Terms;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site, or access it by automated means, except through interfaces we expressly provide or as permitted by a published robots.txt;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, bypass access controls, or disrupt its operation;
  • upload or transmit malicious code, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • use the Site to develop a competing product or service, or copy its content for that purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Analogy AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business or personal evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted. "Analogy AI" and our logos are trademarks of Analogy AI, Inc.; you may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Site or the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANALOGY AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, AND DO NOT LIMIT EITHER PARTY'S OBLIGATIONS UNDER A SEPARATELY SIGNED SERVICES AGREEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Analogy AI from and against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. Sections 6–11 and 13–14 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Analogy AI regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings about the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date; material changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
